Guys! Long time no challenge.
December is approaching, nobody wants to be carrying last when there’ll be parties and dinners and all kinds of out-doorsy stuff to do, beautiful people to meet, sexy clothes to wear … you get the picture.
This challenge is very simple and is guaranteed to tuck in the extra flabs for sure. The plan is to stick with this for the entire month of November [extend to December if you please] and watch your skin glow, your mid-section shrink and your general appearance get 1o notches better. Remember to eat clean/healthy during this challenge if not, “it’s not me you’re doing, you’re doing yourself” ha ha #TwitterJoke
Feel free to swap your pomegranate juice for any other and try to make your infused water earlier in the day, its better that way. For that extra oomph, you can add 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) to the infused water you’d drink last thing at night.
